If you have changed accounts within the same bank then we should have been notified of the change. If you’re switching your account to a new bank you can authorise your bank to notify us via BACS.
You can also change your direct debit details by giving us a call on 0203 961 3232 but please get in touch no sooner than six months before your membership is due for renewal because a new Direct Debit needs to be claimed within six months from when it was set up.
