I sent in a membership form to join the Ramblers but haven’t received any notification of joining, when should I expect to receive my Membership Pack?

We process membership applications as quickly as possible but please allow 14 days for delivery of your membership pack. If it’s over 14 days, please contact the Membership Services Team on 020 7339 8595.

If you joined online you should have received a confirmation thank you e-mail on completing the joining process - If you did not receive this then there may have been a problem with your application - please contact the Membership Services team on 020 7339 8595 (9am-5pm Mon- Fri).
