The Ramblers App does not recognise my email address, what do I do?

The Ramblers App and website use the same email address and password. Please ensure that you are using the same email address as you use for the website.

To do this, go into your account on the Ramblers website and check that the email you are using is the same as the one you are using to sign up for the Ramblers App.

If it is not you can change the email on the website and then wait 24 hours before you sign up for the Ramblers App. 

Please note you should use a personal email address unique to you and not a generic group email or one shared with your partner.

If the app is persistent in not recognising your email address, you may not have yet signed up to our system so please try this before logging in.
