The Ramblers App does not recognise my email address, what do I do?

Go into your account on the Ramblers website and check that the email you are using is the same as the one you are using to sign up for the Ramblers App.

If it is not you can change the email on the website and then wait 24 hours before you sign up for the Ramblers App. 

Alternatively you can use the email which you use for your Ramblers website account to sign up for the Ramblers App and you will be able to get in.

Please note you should use a personal email address unique to you and not a generic group email or one shared with your partner.

You will still need to register on the App- the Web site currently (March 2020) uses a different login system.
