Should all historic rights of way be saved? Surely a path is only useful if it leads somewhere?

As well as being useful – linking up other routes, improving access to the countryside – these historic paths are part of our heritage, as much as historic buildings and monuments.

However, we realised that with such a large number of unmapped rights of way, we will need to prioritise those that are the most useful or important.
